I am in a unique position to write this review as I rented last year with Martin & Co and am in process of buying a house with them as well. Very professional and responsive, sorted out every glitch in time - fixed overflow pipe leak in less than 12 hours, replaced dishwasher within a week. Their use of propertyfile portal is very helpful, supereasy to find all your rental documents, deposits, repair log and property visits in one place. Lee Howarth was brilliant in showing us around the house to buy and also arranged a follow up visit in no time. Appreciate his ex-Army discipline and ethics. Highly recommend and wish them all the best for the future!
