Exploitative company. Will chase tenants for fees for miniscule itinerary items upon exit of the property, even if you leave the property more clean than before. Unsurprising, but disappointing. Telling that the reviews that make up their 4.4 star rating are not by those that rent. I wonder why!

£70,000 over the asking price? We had a dreadful experience with Cooke Curtis and Co., who listed a building at very much its market price. After being impossible to contact for weeks at a time, the seller asked for an additional £70,000 over the asking price because it suited his tax portfolio! This was badly managed by Cooke Curtis and Co., who clearly neither vet nor manage the clients they take on. I wanted to buy a house in this agency, but the agency gave incomplete information, my 10 days were wasted and I could not buy the house. They were very uninterested and unwilling to sell the house and we had to call each time for information. I never, ever recommend it.
