I dealt with CC on selling a flat in Trumpington. I found Steve and Jenny in the sales dept extremely knowledgeable and informative. They were realistic to the market and did all the simple things well. Super efficient, responsive and proactive. I found them able to deal with both myself and buyer in a progressive manner. I did try another agent in the area who was no where near this. I did notice via getagents that they were number 1 rated compared to the others in this area and i definitely concur with this. The lettings and sales teams were professional and responsive from the start. Luckily I had a good tenant so there were no issues, but I have no doubt that the lettings team would've have provided an excellent service had I had any problems.
