Michael Anthony

In selling my 2 bed flat with Winkworths, I found their service truly excellent. They were quick to respond, valued fairly and utilised an Offer in Excess Of mechanism achieved a good price. They did a single day viewing in Reading for 9 viewings resulting in 3 offers shortly after. I must highly commend Trudy which tirelessly pushed both up and down the chain for completion. She was always willing to take a call, even at all hours and was highly dedicated to pushing the solicitors along. They also provided invaluable advice to minimise future delays by getting things prepped in advance. In total for a chain of 3 properties they achieved a completion in about 10 weeks and that's including the Christmas break. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience Will recommend to anyone Special mention to Greg Thank you

I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly deserved. Michael Foldvari has been outstanding from start to finish. He is honest, professional, helpful, and genuinely humble. After a very long time, I have finally come across an estate agent who says exactly what he means and stands by his word. What he promises is exactly what he delivers. I would confidently recommend Michael to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent. It has been a real pleasure dealing with him.

Thank you to Alun and Trudy at Winkworth Reading. Our place was sold in 2 weeks and the whole thing went smoothly from start to finish. I would also recommend using their conveyancing partners as they were great too. Cheers again!

Jasmine has been super helpful from the start of our viewing all the way to the end of the tenancy. Professional service and efficient communication, would recommend.

Houseman properties are truly amazing both from a landlord perspective and a tenant perspective. Professional, conscientious, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

It was a pleasure to deal with Roger at Frost and the rest of the team. Roger was the estate agent for the house we were buying and was incredibly responsive, helpful and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.

I could not fault Reading Winkworth selling my late fathers property, from start to finish John, Trudy and team kept us up to date with everything within our chain , no issues or problems , very professional and caring, I would 100% recommended them to buy or sell. Thankyou for all your hard work

I have been dealing Winkworth and the team in Reading for nearly 15 years . They have always provided a first class service whether it be selling a property or the renting out and management of my properties. A special mention must go to James Hathaway and his team and Trudy Zemaitis. They are both rockstars !! Cannot recommend enough.

We were incredibly happy and impressed with the service from John Partridge at Winkworth Reading. His tenacity and professionalism secured the sale of our £1.5m property, in a difficult market to indecisive buyers. We received regular communication, advice and guidance, particularly around price, that was both realistic and accurate. The quality of service was fabulous and we would not hesitate to recommend John at Winkworths.
