She has worked with us from the start of our viewing and if we had any questions she was there to answer them or liaise with the landlord to find the answer and respond efficiently. There was a little delay in confirming our moving date due to the work done at the property but I was kept clearly informed and updated pretty much daily. I bought and sold my property in Cheddington from Michael Anthony. Both times they were great. They know the local area, were reasonably priced, responded to emails same day (including on weekends), almost always were able to talk on the phone (or got back to me quickly if not available), kept central notes so the whole team knew what the latest position of the sale process was, chased buying and selling solicitors (which got them moving when they'd slowed down). Nothing bad to say really - all estate agents should be like this. Would highly recommend.
