From the start Greg Darby was friendly and generous with helpful information around probate issues even before we had confirmed we would be using his services. He continued to provide helpful guidance throughout the process. We would not have thought to use the Modern Method of selling by auction without his advice and I am fairly sure we got a better price as a result, as well as a very welcome quick sale. One of the reasons we chose Winkworth’s was its reputation for accuracy in predicting selling price. Greg’s prediction was spot on.
