Really impressed by Charlotte and her team from taking my initial enquiries from Rightmove to following up on all questions. She coordinated a virtual viewing to engaging with me throughout. I wanted to see another property by virtual or have a friend see it but another local estate agency refused and were just rude. So a breath of fresh air to work with professionals who see tenants as human beings looking to make an important decision which is to find the right home! Thank you for making this experience delightful.
