Michael Anthony

From the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward. We’ve been searching for apartments for about a month with mixed experiences from other agencies - viewing requests ignored, or little to no information provided. In contrast, this agency has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. They are a real credit to the landlord of the property we’re currently about to secure.
