The letting agents were extremely frustrating to deal with, and I'm a landlord myself, so imagine. RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: We left the property in good condition with receipt of professional cleaners. Any excuse to just take our deposit. Thankfully they knew they were in the wrong and gave up on trying to take 60% of our deposit. Avoid at all costs.

I’m sorry to hear that you found it frustrating to deal with our Lettings team, however we would like to highlight that if the property had been left in a suitable condition at the end of the tenancy, for the next tenant to move in, there wouldn’t have been an issue.
