I instructed Michael Anthony to sell my mother's flat after she had to give it up to go into a care home. Sam Payne's local knowledge was important in setting an achievable sales price, and quickly listing the property in an attractive and comprehensive manner. I would particularly like to commend Georgia Royal, who was excellent in keeping the information flowing between parties. I was immediately updated with developments, and communications were always friendly and professional.
Reply from Michael Anthony: Thank you for your review and feedback, we're pleased we could help with the sale of your mother's flat and that you've had a positive experience with Georgia, Sam and the team.
