James was absolutely brilliant. He gave us honest, sound advice, took a lot of time choosing photos that really showed off our home and kept us up to date on each step. Our house sold within a day and although the chain was short, it proved a challenging time. James pushed it through and kept everyone informed so that the chain remained up to date. We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress.
