Webbers Estate Agents Great Torrington

I think is the first time that I feel that an agency actually cares about tenants and making their experience as easy and nice as possible. Excellent service from Pierce and Adrian!

Mareena Lama and the team at GLP did a terrific job helping me to find a flat that suited my needs, managed all the aspects of move in flawlessly and did an overall terrific job!! Thank you so much for all the help!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Muvin highly enough. From day one they tailored the entire sale and purchase strategy around us. It didn’t feel generic, not templated, but something that genuinely reflected our situation, our timings, and the challenges we faced along the way. They’ve been incredibly professional throughout, and I can say without hesitation that they’re the reason our purchase stayed alive during some very tricky moments. They didn’t just “manage” the process, they actively drove and cared! A special mention has to go to Alison, their progression officer. I’ve spoken to her regularly for the last six months (to the point where it felt like I was talking to a friend), and she has been nothing short of outstanding. Calm, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us over the line. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her! Muvin went well beyond all expectations on every aspect of our sale and purchase, and they more than justified their (very reasonable) fee. If you’re looking for an agent who actually delivers what they promise, and goes above and beyond, you won’t find better. Highly recommended. Thanks team, Graham and Zoe

We have been using AgentOS for a couple of years now. We have never had any system issues/downtime, and support tickets are answered within a timely manner. Recently, the manager Rosa has helped us with a particular issue, which we are very grateful for! Thank you

Mareena was fantastic in finding my beatiful apt. She supported me in every step of the process till the contract. Always available for my questions providing guidance. Being new expat in London, her help meant a lot. Thank you!

Mareena was absolutely amazing! Thanks to her, I’ll soon be moving into my dream London flat. The London housing market moves so fast and after a previous flat that I fell in love with was quickly taken off the market, Mareena was positive we were going to find the perfect flat for me, and she absolutely did! She contacted me the very morning my new flat went on the market, knowing it had everything I was looking for and would go quickly. She asked if I was available for a viewing that same day, and when I unfortunately wasn’t, she offered to arrange a virtual viewing so I wouldn’t miss out. Throughout the entire process, I had many questions, and she responded to every one quickly and clearly. She made what can be a complex and stressful process feel easy and exciting. Thank you Mareena!

I recently went through the letting process with GLP and couldn’t be happier with the support I received. My agent Mareena was absolutely wonderful — so warm, patient, and professional throughout the entire journey. She guided me through every step and made sure I always knew what was happening. Whenever things felt unclear or overwhelming, she was always just a message away and never made me feel like a bother for asking questions. That kind of reassurance really makes all the difference when navigating something as stressful as renting. The referencing process, handled by Hafiza, was equally impressive. She was incredibly efficient and kept everything moving smoothly, making what can often be a tedious stage feel completely stress-free. Together, Mareena and Hafiza made the whole experience feel seamless and genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear that GLP values their tenants and takes pride in their service. I would 100% recommend GLP to anyone looking for a letting agency in London — you’re in great hands!
