Webbers Estate Agents Great Torrington

Outstanding service from start to finish. the whole team conducted a professional execution of the house sale even when we had multiple barriers to the purchase. They consistently went the extra mile and always answered the phones/emails and got back to you when they said they would. Would highly recommend!

After a few years of disagreement because my wife wanted to downsize and I wasn’t ready for it, I finally gave in at the age of 78 and started get serious about looking for a smaller home a few months ago. Having got Hayward Fox to market our house twice in the past three years before getting cold feet and pulling out, I have to say that Darren has been incredibly patient with me. I am amazed that at no time did he display anything but courteous professionalism in dealing with such a fickle customer! When my wife and I found our dream home in January, Darren pulled out all the stops to get our house back on the market as quickly as possible. The good news is that contracts were exchanged in late February and completion was achieved before the end of March. Darren and the HF team gave excellent service and advice throughout this process – Well Done!

Unrelenting to get the purchase over the line. Communication was regular and purposeful.

We've just bought a property through Hayward Fox in Brockenhurst. Darren was friendly, efficient and really helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent. Fantastic support with our purchase all the way from first viewing to completion Everyone at Hayward Fox has been very friendly and helpful.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough!! Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the sales process, and I particularly want to mention Darren, who couldn't have been more proactive in getting everything through smoothly. Very knowledgeable and friendly; use Haywood Fox for whatever your property needs are, you won't regret it.

Exceptionally good professional service in selling our charity's detached house in Brockenhurst. Darren gave excellent advice and provided first rate contact especially during the conveyancing stage. I would highly recommend the Hayward Fox team in Brockenhurst.

Overall, my experience of house-hunting, and ultimately agreeing a purchase, with Darren was great. Darren is clearly knowledgeable about the properties and area he covers. The experience he has is invaluable, and he is generous with his advice and information. But above all, he appreciates and navigates the human-side of the process too. He struck a great balance throughout. He kept me updated at key points in the process too. He was also very responsive and helped move the transaction along whenever needed. We had a (potential) roadblock which he helped unlock with his dedication! If I were ever to be again looking to buy or sell a property, I'd reach out to Darren first!

Brilliant attention to detail & very conscientious.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Darren at Hayward Fox. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and this enabled us to sell in a good period of time. He kept us fully updated and as we didn’t live in the area he and his team conducted all the viewings. Highly recommend!
