After having struggled to find a buyer or have any offers in eight months we switched to Hayward Fox. Within a few weeks they found two potential buyers who were both very interested in our house. One of these made an offer and we agreed a price. The Hayward Fox involvement did not end there. Darren Walter who we had met previously has looked after us superbly. He has arranged surveys, liaised continually between ourselves and our buyer and all the other parties in the chain. He has always been available for advice and has certainly gone the extra mile.
