Our sale was not an easy one. My mother in law’s bungalow has been almost untouched for 20yrs and choosing the right agent was critical for us. Others were too arrogant or had no idea what they were doing and then there was Ben, who i think is the best estate agent i have had the pleasure to deal with on the buy or sell side. He was polite, genuine and honest, but most of all he delivered for us on what he said he would do. He’s been outstanding for us, even when we lost our first buyer and couldn’t have been more helpful, even giving us some great advice and much needed local knowledge around our onward search. Then there’s George, who picked up the batten to support and push on with Ben. George is relatively inexperienced but his communication has been absolutely superb with us and he couldn’t have done any more for us. We have a tricky buyer and he has managed the entire situation brilliantly, especially as he has been learning too. He’s a lovely and helpful guy and his customer service has been really excellent The money spent on fees has been completely worth it and the two guys are an absolute credit to this agency.
