We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress. Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive. Lastly, they progressed the whole house sale and buying process with control and communication between Webbers, other EA’s and solicitor's all the way to completion and the day after to support their customer. Nice job!!
