Finding a new home

Good people skills - friendly and helpful. Very positive and encouraging about viewing a property. On time for arranged appointment. Gave information about the location and some background to the property but allowed time to also look around in peace. Available to answer questions and willing to find answers if not already known. Allowed the legal process to take its course but if any holdups occurred was courteous with enquiries to make sure all parties were clear about the situation and remained confident in the transaction.
