Only reason for the 4 star review as the communication wasn't off to a great start (maybe a bad week) but I've felt oblige to amend my review as I received a friendly, courtesy call from one of the branch owner who was very understanding and apologetic about our experience. Communication since then has definitely improved and were receiving a more professional, friendly responses from the agents. Editing my previous review: After a bad experience in September, where we missed two appointments and an initial chance to make an offer on a property, due to someone not really booking our appointments as we were being told, I can now rate again and move a couple of stars up. Kudos to Ellie, who took care of us in our search of a property continuously and carefully. We haven't found one yet but we will keep looking, also through Parkers Tilehurst.
