As a non resident landlord who has been out of the country for a while, I can say Patrick Williams - Tilehurst Branch are simply the best in class when it comes to property management. They manage your property as if you were family and they have a way of balancing the needs of both landlord and tenants in a fair manner. Repairs and Emergencies are managed with expert repair folks who don't gouge you. Approval for repairs and rents increases are handled in a timely and seamless manner compared to other property managers that I have used in the past. All viewings were communicated to us in advance and he really pushed to get the best possible outcome for us. From here we dealt with Trudy who has been instrumental in getting our purchase over the line.
