We had never let a house before and were very wary about it after hearing and reading about bad tenants, bad letting agents etc. But after meeting the lettings team at Patrick Williams, who came across as genuinely caring and professional, we decided to take the plunge. We are glad we did as they found us great tenants and any minor maintenance problems have been dealt with very quickly and as low cost as possible. Their communication is superb and nothing is too much trouble to them. We can't recommend them highly enough and would encourage any landlord to at least talk to them.

I was very happy with the way Patrick Williams conducted the sale of my house. They were clear and honest from the start about setting a realistic selling price, and about their fees. Their sales materials were very good, my house had plenty of viewings very quickly and sold within just a couple of weeks for a bit less than the asking price but for a sum I was still happy with. Patrick Williams also recommended a mortgage broker, a solicitor, and a surveyor to do my EPC, all of whom were very easy to deal with. Overall, very happy.
