I recently sold my property through Northwood and I can't fault Cheryl for the work she did getting photos and preparing the brochure. I had a property with no chain, but did have a small section of garden owned by the council. Although we were going through adverse possession with the solicitors (and it is now granted) I don't think the situation with the land went as well as it could have, as we had a couple of bumps in the road - but all in all, the property was sold at the asking price which was great! Thanks to Claire as well for her patience with such a long-winded process, it should have been a quick one if it weren't for the pesky bit of land so i appreciate your time and patience with it all! :)

If northwood could find me something around the thorne area (preferably not moorends). Then my rating would be so much greater. That being said the lady I dealt with was so professional and told me about services and everything that I needed to know

I contacted Northwood a few months back about them becoming agents for our rental property. First initial contact was good with a phone call and email quote and then nothing .......... no response from my email asking questions.
