Her advice was taken and delivered the positive results Cheryl had predicted. Then throughout the process Northwood, via Lindsey, have been very pro-active with the sales process making sure things were progressing via the solicitors and keeping us updated at all times. In my experience some estate agents just answer the phone and arrange viewings. Northwood are so much more that that. After a terrible experience with a certain online estate agent, we decided to put our house up for sale with Housesetc. David met with us, talked us through the entire process and posted the advert all within 24 hours. Ten days later, we accepted an offer! This meant we could purchase a house we had been looking at, which was also with Housesetc. The sale and purchase took exactly 12 weeks (including the Xmas break!) and we are now settled in our new home.
