I just can not praise the Parkers Theale team highly enough. The team in Theale helped us with the purchase of our new home and we could not be more happy with the service received. Primarily dealing with Alan and Emma, the entire team at the Theale office are friendly and professional to speak with, and the level of knowledge and communication received from all was second to none. Alan understood that with a baby due we were eager to proceed quickly with finding our next home arranging viewings for us quickly, even coming back to us at 9pm on a Friday night to confirm a second viewing for the following day. A chain further up the line arose, which inevitably delayed the process, and communication from all the other parties did lack, however, this was not the case with Parker’s. Emma went above and beyond to ensure that we were kept informed at every stage and kept the ball rolling throughout by following up with solicitors at all levels of the chain for details of what was happening. Quick sale with a smooth transaction and great communication Chose Parker’s over purple brick and were glad we did. Alan England knows his clients and before our house had gone onto the market he had sold it to someone on Parker’s books who were looking for a property like ours. It’s this-family friendly approach that meant he had local knowledge to make a quick sale. Alan also secured us a higher price than purple brick had suggested therefore increasing any saving we may have made.
