After having to sell my marital home due to a divorce I never thought I would be able to stay in Theale the village I love & was so happy living in then Alan rang me to say he had a two bedroom house that he thought would be perfect for me & arranged a viewing. Naomi showed me around & I knew straight away it was my perfect dream house to make my home & I could stay in Theale . I rang Alan as soon as I had viewed the property to say I want that house it’s just perfect for me !! I could not believe it when my offer was accepted & then Emma did all the legal bits & after a few months I got my keys !!! I want everybody to know that to buy my first home on my own was such a scary process BUT with everyone from Parker’s they made it a smooth journey for me . Their professionalism , care & support was more than I could ever expect & I was kept informed about everything throughout the process . I can’t thank everyone at Parker’s enough especially Alan, Naomi & Emma for all their hard work in finding & making it possible for me to live in my dream home !!! Parkers Theale is definitely worth a shout if you are looking for great service and knowledgeable staff. Tom was amazing and accommodating! He answered all the questions I had about the property and was polite. He took the time to make sure we saw the property in a time frame that suited us and was well-versed in the specifics of the property. Julie is friendly and helpful and acted as a mini-mum for me with all my queries. (She also has some of the best hair I have ever seen) Simon West was quick and efficient in dealing with some unexpected hurdles that popped up for me. He frequently kept me updated on the status of our forms and referencing. Overall the team were very welcoming and made the renting process easier.

After struggling with my previous estate agents , it was a pleasure firstly dealing with Archie who was very welcoming and helpful with the viewing , I was in a rush to move and he understood that and made great effort pushing things forward . Archie was on holiday half way through the work to move and the lovely Jayne took over, the transition was seamless and her joyful telephone manner made it all much nicer dealing with letting agents , I’d encountered some problems from the previous agents and Jayne worked hard to find solutions. A real pleasure dealing with Archie and Jayne .

We used parkers for the sale of my mums house, we had a few valuations and although parkers wasn't the highest we felt it was the most realistic and my mum felt a connection with Alan. The house sold within a week all thanks to Naomi and Alan, and then we were introduced to Emma who basically held our hand through the whole process. We were selling in England and buying in Scotland so had 2 different solicitors. This was a bit frustrating for us, but Emma soon took control and made the whole process seem quite seamless. There were times when mum had to sign things and couldn't do it electronically, so Alan and Naomi stepped up and printed bits off for her to pop in and sign. If you are in two minds about who to choose then believe me the staff who work at parkers go above and beyond to make your sale/purchase stress free. Thank you Julie and June
