Alan at Parkers Theale was an absolute diamond, he helped me through many problems I had with my purchase as the vendors were an absolute nightmare having tried to sell their property twice through two different estate agents without either estate agents knowing or the prospective purchasers (me being one of them). From the outset they set the bar very high - a representative arrived to take professional photos of the property with 360 room views. This enabled prospective buyers to see the property before they viewed and really helped reduce footfall through the house during a global pandemic.
