After being transferred to parkers just prior to moving in from another estate agents things could not have been easier. Always responsive and helpful. Particularly Georgia on the lettings team was one of the most helpful people I've ever met. Always had time to take my call and when ever anything broke in the house Georgia was always there to let us know what was happening and when. Anyone looking to rent in Theale that is lucky enough to go through parkers you are in safe hands. Shout out to Natasha also who is just another Georgia with a different name. The whole experience from start to finish was just perfect and just a shame we couldn't stay with them.

I recently purchased a property through Parker’s Estate agents in Theale. Every single staff member went above and beyond expectations. James spent months showing me houses and helped me find the perfect one (he has patience of a saint). When things got complicated with my purchase Alan was there at the end of the phone and quite literally fixed everything for me. Finally Simon was the light at the end of the tunnel, we had 4 people in a chain and some extremely challenging solicitors and other estate agents to deal with. However, Simon was there every step of the way, he did above and beyond what he needed to do and kept the entire chain together. I couldn’t be any more grateful to the Team at Parkers and if I could turn back the clock, I would of done my sale through them. Mainly because when you needed to speak on the phone, they actually picked up and spoke to you. No problem was too big or couldn’t be solved. I’m absolutely over the moon with the service I received.

Great agency for selling and buying. My partner and I have both bought and sold with them and each time the process has been seamless. Even during the hopeless time of the lockdown, they were still able to get viewings and find a buyer for our propriety. They are super helpful and professional and very quick in replying to messages/calls.
