Sold our property in a short space of time as promised. Communications could of been better but all in all no complaints

I visited the DB Robert’s branch in the Shopping Centre on the 10th of August to inquire about renting out my house. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with informed me that the branch doesn't handle rentals and that I would need to contact the Oakengates branch instead. She was unhelpful and vague in her responses, often saying, "it depends on the property" whenever I asked a question. Despite her assurance that someone from the Oakengates branch would contact me to discuss the details and arrange a valuation, it's now been nearly two weeks, and I haven't heard anything. If this is the level of customer service they provide when you're trying to rent a property through them, I dread to think what it would be like once you signed the contract.

I’ve never been a fan of DB Roberts, their communication has always been terrible. Buying a property through them and all seemed to be going well, but about a week after having an offer accepted on a property and they stopped replying to my emails. 2 months down the line, purchase complete and no one did ever respond to my emails. What started off well went downhill quickly.

Contacted DB Roberts for the details of a property and requesting a viewing. I had absolutely no response despite being chain free, and found the property under offer just one week later.NegativeResponsiveness

Absolutely stupid company. Every time I’ve viewed a house with themselves they’ve not turned up and told me “sorry we cancelled it didn’t we tell you” or 5 minutes after the viewing time say “we waited for 15 minutes before we left you wasn’t there... wasted so much time going to viewings with this company. Never again.
