They recommended me a mortgage advisor who managed to get me a far better deal than with my bank. Not only that, I also used their conveyancing service which made the whole transaction far less stressful than I imagined. I would highly recommend all of their services.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agent,who dealt with the sale of our property. They were professional and helpful right from the initial valuation visit,all the way through to completion,always keeping us up to date in what was a complex transaction. Have to especially thank Alison and Lisa ,who were always professional and helpful when we contacted them and worked hard to get us through to completion. Their rates are very reasonable too,in comparison to other agents who charged more but did not provide the professionalism that DB Roberts did. Would recommend to anyone thinking of selling in Telford and Wrekin area.

Very good service, they chased the vendors' conveyancers when needed and assisted us in finding insurance and life cover. It was our first purchase and they helped us along the way.

Sold our property in a short space of time as promised. Communications could of been better but all in all no complaints

I visited the DB Robert’s branch in the Shopping Centre on the 10th of August to inquire about renting out my house. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with informed me that the branch doesn't handle rentals and that I would need to contact the Oakengates branch instead. She was unhelpful and vague in her responses, often saying, "it depends on the property" whenever I asked a question. Despite her assurance that someone from the Oakengates branch would contact me to discuss the details and arrange a valuation, it's now been nearly two weeks, and I haven't heard anything. If this is the level of customer service they provide when you're trying to rent a property through them, I dread to think what it would be like once you signed the contract.

I’ve never been a fan of DB Roberts, their communication has always been terrible. Buying a property through them and all seemed to be going well, but about a week after having an offer accepted on a property and they stopped replying to my emails. 2 months down the line, purchase complete and no one did ever respond to my emails. What started off well went downhill quickly.
