Thanks for the help today from your Gas Engineer to sort out an issue with Boiler not starting. I was able to attend, but good to know I could leave you to sort out so Tenant not left without hot water or heating.

Simon and the team have managed a couple of rental properties for me for the last seven or eight years, and I've just had another example where they have responded rapidly and effectively to me (and in a non-confrontational way with the tenant) when I had some queries. I've always found that tenants' problems are passed to me for action rapidly and implementation of agreed solutions is prompt.

As estate agents go they were absolutely first class.... keeping us updated throughout the various stages of our purchase, they were always available with whatever information we required. Kudos to Charlotte who made us feel at ease every step of the way through what was a rather difficult purchase....Highly appreciated and would thoroughly recommend.....the bottle of bubbly on completion day was also a nice touch😁
