I Just want to say a big thank you to Charlotte for her support and help through the process of buying and moving house. Always so helpful and kind. I would also like to thank Mandy for doing a great job of showing us round the house we now own. Excellent experience with Belvoir would highly recommend. It was a lovely surprise to receive a bottle of bubbly and a card today when I went to pick up the keys to our new home. Thank you Jo and Gary.

Belvoir has been absolutely first class in every dealings I’ve had with them. I changed from another letting agency on advice from a mate while we both lived in Germany about 3 and half years ago. The difference has been astronomical. Their inspections are detailed, their care for both my house and importantly my tenants has been above and beyond what I expect, their offer of services across a range of housing issues I’ve had has been phenomenal (nothing a problem to them) and above all I value most their honesty. If you haven’t swapped to Belvoir then do so now, they are a night and day comparison to anyone else I’ve experienced. Simon and his team Sharon, Sue, Tracy, Ruth, Maggie, Sally and Angela are just really good decent first class people. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Finally, we got the keys to our house yesterday. :) What a journey it was!! Belvoir was brilliant in their dealings, and I have to mention Charlotte and Jessica, especially Charlotte for keeping us updated throughout the process and always going the extra mile to help out. The support Belvoir provided to get us closer to the goal was impeccable. Would reccomend them 100%

Belvoir are the best…!! I rent my beautiful little house through them. Their service and expertise is first class. I have just had my gas safety inspection carried out by Gary. What a lovely friendly and professional man. He is an absolute credit to the team. Nothing has been to much trouble from the minute I found the property till the day I moved in. The girls in the office are amazing. So helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. "My 87 year old father-in-law..."

My 87 year old father-in-law has been a tenant at a Belvoir Property for the past 2 years. The whole team have been wonderful from assisting with the tenancy and move in, right through to the move out. He had a fantastic relationship with them and also the Landlord. In a fast paced world its too easy to be impersonal & treat everyone the same. Belvoir's respect, patience and kindness has been very much appreciated by my father-in-law and my whole family.
