Simon and the team have managed a couple of rental properties for me for the last seven or eight years, and I've just had another example where they have responded rapidly and effectively to me (and in a non-confrontational way with the tenant) when I had some queries. I've always found that tenants' problems are passed to me for action rapidly and implementation of agreed solutions is prompt.
