I was delighted to meet Simon, Charlotte, Jack and everyone at Belvoir Telford, who are sponsoring me to go on a volunteering expedition to Kenya in 2024. They were all really nice and very welcoming. Kenya 2024 will be a 4-week expedition to volunteer on community development work, environmental projects and wildlife conservation. The core objectives are to undertake projects to raise educational standards, improve living standards and assist with ongoing wildlife conservation programs to preserve biodiversity and protect vulnerable habitats. I am really grateful to Belvoir Telford for helping me towards this incredible challenge and for giving me the opportunity to represent their business. I have been with Belvoir for 7 years now (and you don't stay with a company that isn't good!). Belvoir lettings are an amazing team; as I am overseas they do a full management from finding tenants, to collecting rent, to arranging all the legal inspections - and to dealing with emergency repairs or other issues. I cannot fault them - I'm looking forward to the next 7 years and beyond.

We have been clients of Belvoir Telford letting agents for nearly 10 years using Simon and his team to manage the letting of our apartment in Lawley. This involves finding and vetting potential tenants, arranging the contracts, collecting the rent and most importantly dealing promptly with any issues, protecting both the landlords and tenants rights. We have alway found the team to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, approachable and honest, dealing with demanding situations with aplomb. They not only deal with the small issues such as a leaking tap but also the major ones, an example of this is the prompt and professional way that they dealt with a very worrying and time consuming situation that we found ourselves in. One of our tenants decided to advertise and sublet our fully furnished property on Air B&B. Once Simon was aware of the problem he drafted the legal documentation to evict the tenant and reimburse us for any damage caused. This could have been an horrendous situation but Belvoir used years of experience to promptly resolve the situation. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra to get a first class service and we certainly get that. We hope to continue using Belvoir and would not hesitate to highly recommend the Belvoir Telford team.

Myself and my partner have been tenants at a property which Belvoir are agents for; they’ve been helpful from start to finish and always dealt with requests promptly. We are moving from the property due to requiring more space; and whilst we have been painting the property there has been viewings ongoing. My toddler was sleeping in the pushchair at this time and the agent; Stephan was courteous and considerate every step and politely asked all individuals viewing if they’d mind passing through quietly so not to disturb her. I was so grateful for everyone’s consideration. Stephan was kind, professional and incredibly well mannered throughout! Traci and Maggie of Belvoir have also been exemplary and make for a fantastic team!

Belvoir has been lovely to deal with from start to hopefully finishing soon and renting out my home! Simon is both attentive and reassuring and Stephen completed prompt viewings and has already found someone to let my property. So far everything has been quick, great service and hopefully the start of a good working relationship. Can’t recommend enough.

I continue to have an amazing experience with the whole team at Belvoir in Telford. The customer service, attention to detail, care and attention to both landlord and tenant is outstanding. I never have to worry about a thing, they handle everything so professionally with amazing communication and with complete honesty. They go above and beyond to help. I am so lucky they exist as customer care at this level is really hard to find these days but the people in Belvoir Telford surpass any expectations, I can only say don't go elsewhere if you are a tenant or landlord. I am from a business/finance customer service and training/development/HR background originally and I would be proud to have had any of these staff working with my customers, to be on the receiving end of such a considerate and thoughtful team of people as their customer, I can honestly say I feel the luckiest landlord around. No horrific surprises, work for landlord and tenant equally and fairly and will discuss and offer solutions to any enquiries I have ever had. They are real people with real personalities and can act with intelligence and common sense in all areas of their business, what a refreshing change to have people who can communicate, problem solve and get things sorted with ease. I've had years of excellence letting my property with Belvoir. The letting team are fantastic, dealing with any issues which crop up with ease and removing the stress for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property. When we came to sell our rented house the choice was obvious. We approached the sales team at Belvoir Telford and they happily agreed to help. The whole process of presales was completed quickly. They obviously know the market as the house was offered on, at the asking price, on the first viewing. Jessica and Charlotte kept in contact throughout the sales process. It was lovely to have a good chat with them once a week to see how the sale was progressing. Any issues which cropped up we're dealt with quickly and again it was a simple, stress free sale.
