We let our property through Belvoir Telford and cannot speak highly enough of the team led by Simon Bell and his wife Sally and the management service they provide. All of the staff are friendly, proactive and very efficient working together closely as a team. Maintenance issues are communicated to us immediately with the work being carried out quickly, to a high standard and for a competitive price by their tradesmen. Likewise if a tenant gives notice the property is re-advertised the same day which has resulted in there being no vacant periods between tenants. The team also keep us updated on any forthcoming Government policy changes ensuring compliance ahead of the implementation of new legislation. What makes Belvoir Telford truly outstanding is the lengths to which they will go to ensure the Landlord (and tenant) receive an excellent service. As an example: We had ordered a washing machine (including fitting) from a well known manufacturer. The manufacturer's workmen did not fit the washing machine correctly and it leaked overnight wrecking the laminate flooring in the kitchen and hallway. The Belvoir Team immediately contacted the manufacturer and then arranged for the Belvoir tradesmen to remove the flooring the same day, a heater to be installed to dry the floor underneath and then new flooring to be fitted as soon as it had dried sufficiently. Throughout they kept me fully updated on the situation. When the manufacturer subsequently denied responsibility for the problem and refused to reimburse the significant costs Simon Bell personally took up the case directly with them. He ultimately threatened them with legal action as well as providing them with all the evidence his team had retained (photographs, emails etc). The end result of his tenacious efforts was that the manufacturer fully reimbursed all costs as well as making an additional good will payment to the tenant for the inconvenience caused! I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Telford as an outstanding property management company.
