Belvoir Telford have been a pleasure to deal with and they "know their stuff". New to Telford and to the Buy to Let market, I was looking for a reputable trustworthy Agent. The Belvoir team gave me sound advice on what to buy and where. With over 30 years experience in the Telford property market Nick Evans guided me throughout the purchasing process and Managing Director Simon Bell went the extra mile to ensure my property was let as quickly as possible, with a professional couple moving in within 8 weeks of completion. (This would have been 3 weeks had the first couple not had to change their plans). With Traci Tipton in charge of Lettings I feel confirdent that Belvoir will successfully manage my tenants over the coming years. Nothing is too much trouble.Their maintenance team are also worth mentioning. Headed by Maggie Stanworth, I know my tenants are receiving a service equal in quality to the service I receive and that's the nub of the matter...happy tenants make happy landlords. I pay for their top level of service and that's what I receive. No hassle and peace of mind....I even have their "Rent Guarantee". I dont live near Telford and thats what I need. In fact, my confidence in Simon's team is such that I am now looking for my second property, which I will entrust to Belvoir. For me it's a no brainer.
