Jackson-Stops and Staff

My first experience with Jackson Stops went very good. I worked with Veronika Zidulina, who helped me with all my questions, viewing, agreement and key collection. Thank you!

I have dealt with Tom Ridgeway for a number of years and have always found him to be very professional and extremely easy to deal with.

Neat service. Veronica was very helpful during the view, offer and tenancy agreement process.

I’ve recently rented a flat through Jackson-Stops Richmond. Charlie was extremely helpful and patient with my 100 and 1 questions and very responsive. He made this stressful process much smoother! Many thanks! Sabina

Charlie has been an incredible agent. Our particular situation was tricky and complicated but he has been constantly communicating and with utmost clarity. The uncertainty of the market has been quite scary so it was comforting to have such a competent agent tide us through.

Very helpful letting agents in Tom & Noran. Quick & responsive at all times.

I recently rented a place through JSS, Richmond and I found their services to be truly great. Not only they were effective in the rental arrangement but also in their follow up after we have moved in. A special mention about Jade Jennings who is very professional in handling your queries.

Veronika Zidulina has been incredibly efficient and responsive throughout our search for a flat. She has made the whole process incredibly straightforward.

I was assisted by Noran to get a new flat. It has been the best experience with a real estate agent in London so far. Very helpful and quick to get everything sorted.

Charlie has been incredibly helpful, providing professional and prompt advice. Highly recommend.
