Jackson-Stops and Staff

I have had a great experience with Jackson-Stop Richmond. I've experienced a great service by Charlie Southall. He is always helpful and full of information regarding properties I've been looking for. I highly recommend!

I have been using this firm for almost 10 years to rent out properties. Though individuals change over time, there is a consistent positive can-do approach to managing me as their client. I aim to continue to use Jackson-Stops. They also provide advice on the rental market.

Charlie was instrumental in securing our offer despite the offer having been decided over a weekend. He was transparent and made sure we were well informed throughout the process and provided help wherever possible to help secure our new home quickly. We were extremely grateful for his help and are now happy with our new home.

I've recently worked with Katie at Jackson- Stops Richmond to secure a property to Let and she's been really helpful throughout; from the initial viewing through to paperwork, she's been very quick to come back to me on any questions and lovely to deal with generally. A good experience in a busy time for rentals.

Where do I start? Charlie’s ability to make what is an ordeal into a seamless and enjoyable occasion is incredible. We were trying to find a house, Charlie found us a home.

Charlie handles with professionl manner. He has provided a good letting service.

I'd like to compliment Katie Goodman on the excellent and prompt service as I am in process of renting a flat locally in Richmond and she is assisting me in the process.
