As a couple with not much experience in the UK rental market, Charlie was friendly, helpful and professional all the way. He knows Richmond area very well and once he notes your requirements he does not waste your time later trying to market something else, which we noticed it happens quite often with some other agencies. My husband and I are looking to rent and walked in to Jackson-Stops almost by accident at the start of our search a couple weeks ago. Noran was super welcoming and helpful, made us feel genuinely taken care of and I felt genuinely wanted to help us. We also had a viewing that Charlie took us too, and he was really helpful and listened to exactly what we liked and didn’t like. I recently rented a property through Jackson Stops at Richmond. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Charlie Southall, who was dealing with the property I rented, was very professional and easy to deal with. He was helpful throughout, prompt with responding to queries, considerate and made the process of renting less stressful. While flat hunting, I had been in touch with several estate agents in the area and had some negative experiences. Based on my experience Charlie and Jackson Stops Richmond would get an A Plus.

I hadn't worked with Jackson-Stops before and have been pleased at the excellent service provided by Charlie and Tom, in what was a relatively complex situation of having to arrange a rental for another (not local) person as part of a company let, so 3 parties involved in the rental. Charlie showed us round the apartment, and answered all our questions promptly and knowledgeably. He was able to schedule a second viewing for a company surveyor at short notice. He's kept me informed at every step and guided us through the process with reassurance and appropriate touches of humour. It's clear he has built up a good relationship with both the current tenants and the landlord of the property, which gives me confidence it will continue to be a good experience.
