Amy Dodd at EweMove recently sold my late parents' property in Taunton. And we are extremely happy with the excellent level of service she provided. This was a probate sale. First of all we selected another well-known estate agency. But after 6 months and many viewings, nothing was happening. We received virtually no feed-back from the agent about the people they were showing around the house. As executors, we started looking around for a more suitable local estate agent. That's when we came across Amy at EweMove. Her credentials looked good. Then we viewed a 'Best Agent' VLOG which is a case study on a house sale Amy had previously made. Our minds were made-up straightaway after seeing that video! She was on the case immediately with regard to marketing our property. Photos and brochure were sorted with minimal delay. Feed-back on each viewing was helpful and immediate. Within a few weeks an offer was received and accepted. Unfortunately that buyer pulled out. But what impressed us most about Amy is that in less than one week she had managed to secure another offer. She had asked us to refrain from re-marketing the property for one week whilst she sought another buyer. And she had been confident she could achieve that!
