We can't praise Amy highly enough! She is an absolute rock star of an estate agent. We were fortunate enough to meet Amy whilst exploring a part exchange, as she was one of the local agents selected by the developer to come and value our house. She was head and shoulders above the high street agents that came to value our house, extremely knowledgeable about the market conditions, and came across as being really genuine. We were so impressed that we decided to put our house on the market with Amy rather than part exchange. Through the whole process Amy was great! A steady flow of viewings by carefully vetted buyers, excellent and timely updates via a WhatsApp group setup specifically for our sale, and expert guidance when we came to negotiate on offers. We went through the usual ups and downs as most people do whilst selling houses, and Amy was an absolute rock for us when we were having wobbles and thinking about giving up. She was always there when we needed her to talk to and felt at all times that she was only selling our house - which of course she wasn't, with many other clients, but it never felt like that. Our chain was 7-houses long and we ended up exchanging with our buyers and agreeing an exchange date early to keep the sale from collapsing, as naturally the size of the chain took time to align. At that point Amy could have downed tools and moved on with her fee guaranteed, but it speaks volumes that she continued to be instrumental to the rest of the chain completing, speaking to other estate agents and solicitors across the chain daily, and ensuring we all completed on the same date. We were so glad to have Amy on our side!!

After my house had sat on the market for 4 months with an agent who seemed to do nothing at all to market my house, I decided it was time for a change of agent. From the moment Nick arrived to look at my house I knew he was exactly what I was looking for in an agent. He is a born salesman, enthusiastic and really knows his stuff. My house was listed on a Friday morning and had a viewing booked within 4 hours for the next week. More viewings were booked over the weekend for that week and an offer was received.
