Throughout the whole process Amy was emailing me and keeping me up to date with everything and going above and beyond to ensure things were progressing. Emails were always responded to very quickly. We wanted an estate agent that had great communication, transparency and someone who you felt is really fighting your corner. This is exactly what we had with Amy and her team at EweMove. From the very start we had clear pricing, no sales waffle unlike others and a clear strategy to launch on the market. We managed to get a good number of viewings throughout and once a sale was secured the support didn't stop there. With a dedicated WhatsApp group with myself, my wife and the team we were constantly updated each week with voice notes back and forth (even once the sale was agreed). I've bought and sold houses 4 times before and I never thought I would ever say this but our agent earnt every penny of their commission on this sale, not that we want to move again but i wouldn't hesitate to use them in a heartbeat if we did.

We don’t normally write reviews for anything! - but Amy, and her team at EweMove, did SUCH a great job in successfully selling and supporting us in the sale of our flat, that we felt compelled to write this review. It IS A GENUINE and heartfelt review. We chose Amy and her team at EweMove because they had a fresh approach to being an estate agent, had a genuine appreciation of the ‘value’ of the property and a super collaborative approach to dealing with us. Simply put - they did an excellent, professional job from beginning to end, in what we would describe as a VERY proactive and collaborative way. They promoted the property in a way that found the right person for the flat, valued it at a price we were very happy with and saw the sale through from beginning to end. Amy and her team were super proactive and communicative - way beyond our expectations - right the way from the beginning to the last day of the conveyancing and sale process. Every week Amy would follow up with, and let us know the progress of buyers, sellers, solicitors and other agents. They did not fall prey to dropping the price when not necessary, and found a buyer that we knew would love the flat. They successfully navigated a breakdown in the chain, again without compromising the sale itself. And they did all of this in a very friendly, collaborative and professional way - keeping everything together and communicated with us until the very end. I am sure there is much more that they did behind the scenes to see the sale complete successfully - but from a property sellers perspective they exceeded our expectations with their super proactive management and progressing of the sale from beginning to end. WOW what an absolute dream maker! Amy has the experience, knowledge and the personal touch when selling/buying your home. Even with our hiccups along the way which caused us much stress and anxiety, Amy was on the other end of the phone offering us reassurance and kind words to ease the worry and stress. Throughout the experience Amy went above and beyond to help us through the process, explaining each step, staying in contact with updates and chasing other agencies when needed to keep everything moving along.
