She had asked us to refrain from re-marketing the property for one week whilst she sought another buyer. And she had been confident she could achieve that! It was clear she knew her market and that she has her 'finger on the pulse'. Plus, she was prepared make the effort to actually 'sell' the property. Rather than just showing potential buyers around the house. Having made the sale, she kept tabs with the chain of buyers. She was happy to hurry solicitors along and generally did everything she possibly could to ensure smooth progress to completion of the sale. We were very impressed with the whole experience. (Which was in total contrast to the first agent we appointed!) I/we have no hesitation in recommending the services of Amy and EweMove Taunton.
