Richard James has excellent customer service and whenever I phone or email they respond with as much help as possible. Our property manager, Frankie, has been very helpful in our tenancy renewal process and always responds as quickly as possible.

We have rented with Richard James for over 4 years now . Due to our landlord selling the house we have had no option but to look for another rental property and the team have been nothing but helpful in supporting us through the process and also finding our next suitable property . We have two young children , one in the local school, so staying in the area was important to us . Rebecca Barrett in particular went above and beyond to help us , even while she was suppose to be enjoying some annual leave ! We are so great full of this. Callum Vernon has since been a great support when it comes to all of the admin involved with the new house ensuring we have all that we need. Thank you to all of the RJ team who were involved who I may not know by name, I will always recommend you all for anyone looking to rent/ buy / sell 😊

ETA: Since Tayla left Richard James, we have been looked after by Cheryl Hopes. She has been amazing! Not only is she incredibly helpful, but she's also really personable and a joy to deal with! We have had an amazing experience with Tayla Jackson at Richard James. She has been so helpful, always going above and beyond. She is also really responsive to emails, which has been so appreciated!

So far, so good. We started our collaboration with RJ in May; the agency rep, Gemma Cowley, has been responsive to our messages and has solved the issues. All procedures regarding new tenancy, contract, etc., have been handled smoothly. Our experience with the team, starting with step one, scheduling the first visit until today, has been positive.
