We have rented with Richard James for over 4 years now . Due to our landlord selling the house we have had no option but to look for another rental property and the team have been nothing but helpful in supporting us through the process and also finding our next suitable property . We have two young children , one in the local school, so staying in the area was important to us . Rebecca Barrett in particular went above and beyond to help us , even while she was suppose to be enjoying some annual leave ! We are so great full of this. Callum Vernon has since been a great support when it comes to all of the admin involved with the new house ensuring we have all that we need.
