For many years we have used Richard James as our agent for the letting of our property in Swindon. Moving into UK for only 3 weeks, we have successfully rented a new build with the help of Richard James. The sales were helpful and the manager, Gemma Cowley was most responsive n efficient in our email exchange, clearing all our queries as we are new to the country. If we were to buy a house in future, we’d very much like to stick to Richard James.

By far, the best brokers in Wiltshire. They care for the owner, their tenants and also ensure that everything is done on time and as expected. Claire Bull in particular has been very helpful to me. When I need to rent out an apartment, I know who to call.
