I would like to say thank you to all the workers that have helped me find a house and they have been very helpful. Especially Ellis. Soon I will move into my new house and in a very stressful time after 10 years of renting a house I have found all of the people that have helped me a lots. I hope that everything will be okay. I have been renting through Richard James for over a year now and everytime I have needed help the estate agent and landlord has been brilliant. Recently I have had Cheryl who has helped me set up a new tenancy agreement and have helped me book jobs that needed doing around the house and her customer service has been world class. Richard James (North) have been looking after my rental property for around 6 years now. I’m really pleased with all the help they have given me, taking away the everyday running of the property. My current Property Manager, Cheryl, has recently sorted a maintenance issue quickly and efficiently; she is a pleasure to deal with.
