I have recently bought a home from Richard in Swindon. I found him very professional and easy to contact throughout the buying process. He was available all the time , night or day or weekends for any questions.  I have been looking for a home for more than a year and wanted to move before a set date giving less than 2 months from start to finish.  I was not sure that I would be able to complete on time but Richard did make that happen. I used his recommended solicitor and mortgage advisor who both were again excellent and I didn't have any issues at all in dealing with them. Richard even went beyond his routine work to arrange a plumber quote for which I was struggling and resolved the issue with the seller on time.  I am very pleased with the whole buying journey and highly recommend Richard.

I've had quite a lot of experience with estate agents over the years, and I have to say that Richard has been the best. He is very knowledgeable about the local property market & thorough in his approach. I thought his presentation of the house was really excellent - the video to show to prospective buyers was amazingly professional.
