I viewed four houses before I met Richard from Miles Byron and in each house the estate agent gave me a full tour; now the houses I am viewing are not mansions; more like 2 up/2 down so to have someone say, “here’s the bedroom”, etc was infuriating and with a complete stranger tagging along for the tour you can’t quite get a “feel” of could this be your home or not. Richard however, had a different approach and was brilliant from the start. I had been looking at a house on Rightmove for quite some time but thought it was outside my league but then all of a sudden things changed. I spoke to Richard and booked a viewing; now this viewing was so different; he didn’t do a guided tour, he let my friends and I explore and stayed out the way and then we rejoined and answered any questions we had. I knew I had found my dream home and didn’t even make it home before putting an offer in. Richard very quickly responded and within 48hours my offer had been accepted! Now my solicitors throughout this buying process have caused HUGE stress but anytime I had problems Richard advised/chased solicitors and I have really felt Richard’s support throughout this buying process.
