We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Richard through a purchase of mine and my wife's first property. We actually met Richard at a house viewing a couple of times before going for our eventual Home now, we had viewing with many different estate agents over a 3 month period but Richard was different to them all, he was very truthful and helpful with us and was fantastic with keeping us up to date in the whole process. Always made time to pick up the phone on certain obstacles and kept us up to date all through and made the process very smooth for us. I liked Richard as he is down to earth, honest and trustworthy, which is rare (with estate agents). I would certainly recommend Richard at Myles Byron.

Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.
