Just brilliant

Our intention was to get a couple of valuations before putting our house on market, but thankfully Rich at Miles Byron was the first. He was outstanding from start to finish. From valuation, to the attention to detail he took in taking the pictures to the consideration and flexibility around viewings we knew we had made the right decision straight away. But during what we all know is a stressful and out dated process, Rich really excelled. He was always available and able to get involved for us when things weren't going as they should. He was as persistent as we needed him to be when chasing details through numerous solicitors and agents and thoughtful when explaining some of the complexities of house buying. You didn't have to chase him and you felt you were always dealing with someone who genuinely cared. I can only imagine how great he was at showing our prospective buyers the house and I genuinely felt he had our best interests at heart. I've vowed I'm never moving again, but if I did I would have no hesitation in using Miles Byron again or recommending them to friends and family for the outstanding customer service and care.
