Sarah Payne The Trusted Agent 4 March 2026

Outstanding service

We highly recommend Richard at Miles Byron. From the outset, he stood out as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely personable, easily the most approachable estate agent we dealt with during our search. We actually hoped we’d be able to purchase through him, and we’re very glad that’s how it worked out. Moving house is never straightforward, but Richard made a real difference to our experience. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly. He was proactive, easy to speak to, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We felt completely comfortable asking questions and always received quick, helpful responses. His calm, positive approach helped steady what can otherwise be a stressful process, and that’s something we truly appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard and the team at Miles Byron. If we ever move again (hopefully not for a long time!), he would absolutely be our first choice.
