Richard has been really attentive from the minute we met him right to the end. This personal service is not something you get with other larger estate agent firms and it’s been invaluable. His down to earth approachable nature makes the whole process feel less daunting. He has helped answer all of our queries speedily, enabling the purchase to move forward as quickly as possible, and he’s gone over and above to help us to even get quotes for bits and pieces of work that needed doing on the house we were purchasing through his various contacts within the trade (as we had none!). He not only supported us with our purchase but we also selected him to sell our property which he did an incredible job of putting together a great description , really high quality photos and run a whole day viewing with several interested parties landing us a sale with very minimal disruption to our lives. As a first time buyer, I was brand new to the process of house buying. Richard from Miles Byron was beyond amazing from the first time meeting him at the house viewing. He kept in touch throughout, had answers to all my questions no matter whether they were big or small and made everything so much less stressful than it could have been. Thank you so much Richard!

Richard at miles Byron is a one in a million estate agent. The housing market is so turbulent at the moment but he has held our hand through the whole process. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to pull out of our house sale. Richard was again brilliant - he is more of a friend now than an estate agent and would highly recommend him to anyone. A highly passionate and driven individual that I’m sure will sell your home for the right price and take a lot of stress away. We need more agents doing what Richard dose.. but he sets the bar very high!!

Personal service!

The first time we encountered Richard was to enquire about viewing a house for sale. Despite me calling on a Sunday morning, he returned my call later that same day and was keen to understand our position and more about us as people. He has been brilliant with responding and updates, and always quick to get things done. It felt really personal and has continued that way, even until now (and were finally due to complete on our dream home in a few weeks!). He is definitely committed to his clients, highly recommend!
